UKRF Conference : The Programme

The Conference will be held at Gujarat Hindu Society Centre , South Meadow Lane, Preston, PR1 8JN. There is ample parking, and the venue is also very close to Preston railway station.

As you can see there are a range of workshops available (each is repeated twice) and you will have an opportunity to attend three workshops in total.

To avoid disappointment, and limit administration on the day of the Conference, we are asking participants to sign up for workshops prior to the day. We will do our best to meet your choices, but obviously we will be operating on a first come, first served basis.

We are also asking, where possible, those individuals who have booked spaces for others, to provide us with names, contact details (preferably e-mail) and workshop preferences for those that are attending. This may not be possible in all cases, but the more names that we have prior to the 7th, the smoother registration will be.

We are happy for people to bring and display banners. If you would like a stall or some display space, and have not contacted us already, Please aim to arrive between 8.30 and 9.00 if you have banners, stalls or displays.

A Conference pack will be available for all participants. If you would like to sponsor the pack, or include items in it, please contact us on the above e-mail address.

· * Where possible provide names, contact details and workshop preferences for those you have made bookings for

· * Contact us if you would like a stall or display space, would like some involvement in the Conference pack or are able to help cover the costs of the Conference
